Following are the some Steps through you can learn that how to add music in ppt step by step :

• Create Your Power Point file and save with .ppt extension.

• Click on  "INSERT" ribbon and go for " Audio " icon.

• Select the Audio click from your pc/laptop and click on Insert .

• Open  " Playback " ribbon and Go for start option and choose " Play across Slides " .

• Open  " Animations " Ribbon and then go for the " Animation Pane " .

• Then select the Drop down menu and then go to " Effect Options " .

• Choose the " Timming " as Start Playing as " From begining " and stop after as " number of slides " .

• Preview Slide Show .
