If you want to open a presentation then the following steps will be followed:


              1.  Open the Microsoft Power Point. 
       2.  Go to the Insert ribbon then hover over Links then                             select Hyperlink”.
      3.  Copy and Paste the Link from the website into the “Link” box.




    1. Open Insert ribbon, after that go to  Table” icon.
    2. Move the mouse over the table illustration to select the size of the           table you would like to use.


     1. Open Insert ribbon, after that go to the Chart button. 
     2.Option to choose from Area, Bar, Line, Pie and several other Chart Options.



      1. Go To "Design" ribbon .
        2. Select a design theme from the Theme toolbar


               1. Go to Transitions Ribbon.
               2. Select desired Transition from toolbar .




                1. To move a slide , click on the slide thumbnail in the left                 column.
           2. Drag and drop the slide at the desired location.
           3. To move consecutive slides at one time, click and hold the                 Shift key as you select the slides you want to move.
                4. Drag and drop the slide where you want to locate. 
                   1. Go to the “Slide Show” ribbon
                   2. Select the point in the slide show that you would like to begin            viewing.

                   3. The shortcut key is F5

                  1. Select “File” then select “Print”
                  2. A dialog box appears that allows you to change the printer and select the number of copies to be printed.
                  3. You can also select to print handouts of the slideshow.

                  View Slides vs. Outlines

                  The default view is Slides
                  Another  option is "Outline view" to show the slide as  outline notes
